My favourite new lip combo!

Hi Peeps,

I think I have been waiting so long to blog that I now well and truly have the bug! lol

On the way to Dubai last week, I could not resist but to pick a couple of things up from MAC! I have a true weakness for lipsticks and lipglosses. I usually go for the my lip but better colour but lately I have been getting into my brighter pinks.

I bought MAC Fanfare lipstick and MAC Cultured lipgloss. I paired these with an old Bobbi Brown lipliner. Here are the swatches for you...it features in my FOTD post below.

Yesterday I was supposed to have a make up free chilled day...but this never happened lol.

My growing love for Rose Gold

I have been seeing rose gold in magazines and popping in the various blogs/websites I read for at least a year now. I have always liked it in pictures but never thought it would suit my skintone. However, I was wondering around the shops at Christmas time and came across the perfect rose gold watch. Now, I am not really a watch person, but this one really caught my eye. It had the perfect size face for my petitie wrists and was just the right tone of rose...if you know what I mean.

Since, it is my birthday near Christmas my hubbie ended up getting the watch for me :)

My First Post :)

Hi Peeps,

I have wanted to set up a blog for the longest time and I am finally putting fingertip to keypad and getting on with it. I realise there are tonnes of beauty blogs out there already (which I can spend hours reading everyday!) so I thought what the heck, I will be yet another out there :)

I will be posting not only on beauty but bling! I do love my jewellery but not just jewellery, as many girls, I like nice things :) So when I say bling, I pretty much mean everything other than beauty which I love!

There might be the odd random posts, as well as a few mummy postings ( I have a 14 month old daughter).

I hope you enjoy reading my posts :)
